Warminster Amateur Radio Club sponsors Classes for all 3 levels of licensing in the hobby.   There is no charge for the classes but you may want to purchase a study guide through the ARRL or other sources.     Entry level Ham radio classes in September The Warminster Amateur Radio Club will be offering free ham radio Licensing classes starting on Monday, September 12 th, 2011 at the Benjamin Wilson Community Center. The classes will start at 7:00 pm and last until 9:00 pm and run for 8 weeks. The Classes are free, but the students will be responsible for any study guides.
